Dr. Levy-Peck is also an author and editor.
She wrote Healing The Harm Done: A Parent’s Guide to Helping Your Child Overcome the Effects of Sexual Abuse, which is published in English and Spanish under the same cover and is available by clicking the title of the book. This book is currently under revision, and suggestions for topics are welcome.
At the request of an advocacy agency, she wrote a brief booklet for parents called Now That You Know: Helping Your Child After Sexual Abuse (see below for ordering details).
She has also written support group guides for facilitators of sexual abuse survivor groups. Along with two others, Dr. Levy-Peck co-authored Collective Power: A Practical Blueprint for Sexual Assault Programs to Create Community Partnerships and Collaborations for the organization ValorUS.
With Louise McOrmond-Plummer and Patricia Easteal, she co-edited Intimate Partner Sexual Violence: A Multidisciplinary Guide to Improving Services and Support for Survivors of Rape and Abuse, published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers. Routledge has recently published another book by this group of editors, Perpetrators of Intimate Partner Sexual Violence: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Prevention, Recognition, and Intervention. This volume is available from the publisher and at Amazon.com. Dr. Levy-Peck wrote or co-authored several chapters in these two books.
